My site evaluator was professor Mohamed, an emergency medicine physician assistant and professor at York College’s PA program. During my site evaluations, I presented 4 of the 8 SOAP notes that I wrote during my time at Centers Urgent Care. Prof. Mohamed offered constructive comments on presenting patients and helped me improve the writing of my SOAPs. When I presented my first two cases Prof. Mohamed  made very appropriate comments. In the end he said I had broad and appropriate differentials with a good assessment and plan. He spent time talking about the variety of treatment approaches that certain conditions can have, and thoroughly explained them to us. He also assessed my proposed plan for the patient. Feedback regarding this area was especially beneficial because it helped me learn how to manage cases and grow as a future medical provider. I appreciated Prof. Mohamed for the time he took to meet with us and the comments that he made to help us grow.
