My site evaluator was PA Sayed Sadat, a Physician Assistant and professor at York College PA program. During my site evaluation, I presented one history and physical that I written from my time at South Shore Family Medical Associates. Professor Sadat offered constructive comments on presenting patients and helped me improve the writing of my H&Ps. He recommended additional physical examination components that would have helped me be more through during my assessment of an adult with chest pain. When I presented my case professor Sadat made very appropriate comments. In the end he said I had broad and appropriate differentials with a good assessment and plan. Although my case presentation was a more serious case than one would encounter in family medicine, Professor Sadat was incredibly pleased with my development as a PA student. He thoroughly assessed my proposed plan for the patient, and we went into a deep discussion as to what would be done for the patient in the ER. Feedback regarding this area was especially beneficial because it helped me learn how to manage cases and grow as a future medical provider. I appreciated Professor Sadat for the time he took to meet with us and the comments that he made to help us grow as future Physician Assistants.
